Nita’s Walking Tacos offers a fast, fresh, and healthy menu featuring a variety of tacos and other entrees, both vegan and gluten free. We also provide desserts, and refreshing fruit beverages with a focus on major health benefits for our customers, all served in a warm and welcoming environment.

Our mission is to become a family-driven, community-focused quick food establishment dedicated to bringing people together with delicious, made-from-scratch, life enriching foods. We are dedicated to supporting our local community, with a focus on convenience and quality we cater to health-conscious individuals and provide the convenience of delivery, catering, and mobility to support our community. Every entre is crafted with care, using fresh ingredients and bold flavors that celebrate both tradition and innovation.

Our extensive research and development is customer-driven, allowing us to stay ahead of food trends and meet the evolving needs of our community. Customers benefit from quick, delicious meals that align with their lifestyles, while our product lifecycle revolves around satisfaction, direct feedback, and community engagement. We continually refine our offerings and ensure sustainability in every meal. As we grow, we plan to trademark our brand and explore patenting unique aspects of our business to protect our intellectual property.

Strategic expansion is a key part of our vision. Currently, we have access to two mobile food trucks and a commercial lot in Rock Island, IL. Our growth plan includes expanding to a three-truck fleet and establishing a brick-and-mortar location on the border of Davenport and Bettendorf, IA. Additionally, our Mobile Event Truck will be dedicated to attending large-scale community events and supporting local businesses by offering healthier, on-the-go dining options. Our revenue projections for full-scale operations, including all mobile and brick-and-mortar locations, are estimated at $2 million annually.
